The Princess Turns 5 Part One
This morning Whitney woke up bright and early ready to celebrate her birthday. The first thing she told us this morning was that she really DID feel different. And then walked around the house pointing out all the things she can see do because she is taller now. We didn't have the heart to tell her otherwise so we went along with the game.
I was supposed to bring cup cakes to her class and they told me I needed to do this at 10:00 AM. I guess morning cake is better than no cake so I hooked it over to the school at 10 and had cake, hats and camera in hand.
Whitney's friends made her a birthday crown and everyone signed their names. She was on cloud nine the whole time.

Whitney was required to serve her friends cup cakes. She was such a delightful host at her own party. I was a very proud daddy. These kids had just spent an hour in chapel so they were ready to party!

Once the cup cakes were polished off and the tables were cleaned we gathered for a group shot. The class has dwindled somewhat due to schools about to start. A lot of these little ones have been together for almost 4 years so its going to be sad to see them separate.
