The Princess turns 5 Part Three
When we got home the kids were hungry and tired. Denise made dinner while we decorated Whitney's cake. She was excited because the cake had sprinkles and stars for candles.
The little Canon camera has this cool little Super Macro setting. I gave it a try and took a few of the ever so famous sprinkles.

In our house we have a need to have "Too Much." This is a phenomenon my buddy Bill discovered with his three kids. Apparently his kids decided that if you were offered "Too Much" that was a good thing. It comes from those times when you have to tell your kids , "No you don't need more you have already had too much." So by offering up "Too Much" but giving "Just Enough" you end up with a happy family.
Unfortunately though sometimes we really have "Too Much." The end results looks a lot like this:

Somebody got a little too hot, a little too thirsty, and a little too deep in the icing bowl.
After dinner we finally had the cake and Whitney was able to open her gifts. She got a brand new pair of Dora skates. Good thing tonight was National night out. She was ready to ride but had to talk on the phone for a little bit first. Girls!
