Recently we have started photographing more and more weddings and with that comes the need for new toys.  One of the needs is for super wide angel shots.  The only problem is that the lenses for this only have about a 5 image use in a wedding.  So the expense to use ratio is silly.  However, having a studio next door to guys that have really cool video production toys have pointed me to another fun solution. 

I purchased this crazy little wide angle converter.  It is not as smooth and sharp as a true super wide angle lens but it definitely will get the effect.  So like any other photographer with children we try all our new equipment on them first. 

Don't you just love giant kid faces!  Especially little Batman's face!

The coolest thing about this adapter is that it creates this razor thin depth of field when you shoot wide open.  Can't wait to use it on our next crazy wedding adventure!
