Today was James' last day of school at Bethany United Methodist School.  For his last day we brought cup cakes for the class and they had a little party. 

When we arrived James was leading the story time with a giant book of "The Little Mouse, The Red Ripe Strawberry, and The Big Hungry Bear" which just happens to be one of our favorite books!

Everyone brought their favorite hat to wear in celebration.

The cupcakes were a big hit and everyone in the room quietly ate. 

I don't think I have ever heard that room so quiet with children in it.  It was like the eye of a storm...

Then there was the facial aftermath of the cupcakes.

When everyone was done we watched the kids dance around to James' favorite line dancing song The Cupid Shuffle.  They all got a little wild and it became a wrestling match.  Unfortunately we had to leave and get back to work shortly after.  Bethany has always been a loving place for the kids and our family.  They will all be missed.
