Friday night my last session of the day was of the wonderful Firat Family.  These guys came in all the way from Turkey.  They even weathered the storm with their family that lives here in Houston. 

I love meeting couples that have been together for a long time (even if I don't speak the language).  I wanted to know all about their wedding and the fun that they have had.  These two kids have been married for 37 years!  I think that is pretty cool especially when I found out that their wedding had almost 1000 people!  Talk about a party!

I think these two images tell the rest of the 13,504 days they have loved together. 

I'm sure when they got married they would never have thought that in 37 years they would be in Houston for one of the worst hurricanes ever.  But it is just one of those things that makes hanging with you spouse that much better.
