Zoe and the Oreo

For those of you that have more than 1 child, you will understand the phenomenon I call second child syndrome...in this case it is Third Child Syndrome.  This is easily explained with an example.  As a new parent, you want to ensure that your baby is given the most healthy of snacks and you would never introduce sugar (at least not in the first year).  You carefully choose fruits and vegetables that are cut into perfect finger foodsFast forward to child number three and you get Zoe digging into an Oreo.  Ohh and did she love the Oreo!

The End

We had our last session for the year today and it couldn't have been a better way to cap everything off.  Mary was the last on our list for the day.  She actually graduated from high school last year but her mother still wanted to get a portrait done. We noticed that Mary had a real cool Meryl Streep look so we kicked out a few classy stage images that totally rock her beautiful look.

Mary was down with a little something different so we played around and decided not to worry about the details and just take some great photos.  We had a lot of fun telling GREAT JOKES but I think everyone is tired of my jokes.

I love the next images.  It is just real easy going and pretty much no frills.

Kristen thinks Mary looks like Dakota Fanning in the next images.  I don't see it but then again there is a lot I miss on a daily basis.  Good thing I have people like Denise, Kristen, Leanne and Keri to point those things out for me.

Thanks for kicking out the jams with us Mary.  It was a lot of fun!  Safe travels back to Chicago!

Mr. Frederick's First Day on Earth

Today we went out to Clear Lake to photograph the newest Texan we know.  Mr. Frederick comes to us just before Christmas with squishy cheeks and a super dooper head of hair!

Mommy did a great job and the happy couple couldn't keep their eyes off the baby.  Both Valeria and Fred were so easy going and happy.  It makes my job more fun and rewarding to help record this very special day.

Baby's First Day portrait sessions are one of my favorite products we offer.  Its cool to see dads get mushy about their little babies for the first time.  Everything is new and everyone is getting to know each other.

Welcome home little big man!  We are excited you have arrived to help brighten our world!

Snow Day

Yes,  It is snowing in Houston Today.  Little Man James was the first of three to get out early.  He is hanging with us at the studio until it is time to gather the girls at their school.  He is super excited about the snow but doesn't like the cold.
